Opportunity for Exhibitors
The Iowa Museum Association Conference is the largest gathering of museum industry professionals and volunteers in the state. Average attendance over the past ten years has been 107 people, with a high of 165. Businesses and consultants who work with the museum industry are invited to participate as sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and conference attendees.
In 2023, the conference will move between three locations. Understanding the challenge that presents for exhibitors, they will join the conference on Tuesday, October 3 only, at the Museum Studies Building, WIU-Quad Cities Campus, 3300 River Drive, Moline, Illinois. Exhibitors will set up about 7 a.m. and tear down about 3:30 p.m. They will bring their own tables, chairs, extension cords, etc. Nothing may be attached to the walls.
Exhibitors will receive a free 1/4 page ad in the conference program. Deadline for all ad copy and graphics is August 1, 2023.
The cost to have a space is $150.00. Exhibitor spaces will be in the main area where conference attendees will spend the day to ensure maximum interaction.
