This gathering is open to all - "small" is subjective.  You decide!  We'll have speakers, sharing time, lunch and networking time.  Details will be published as they become available.

Schedule:

9:00 registration and snacks.

9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Focus on Priorities - Creating a Short-Term Work Plan that aligns with your Mission. Patricia LaBounty, Union Pacific Railroad Museum.  

10:45 – 11:45 a.m. Undocumented Collections, Where to Start?  – Angela Stanford, Advanced Museum Services.

Noon.  Lunch.  Lunchtime sharing activity – we will pass the mic around and share our best marketing tip or process.   Bring your marketing materials to share – we will have a table where everyone can put out their materials.  Teresa Stenstrup, Executive Director, Iowa Museum Association, will MC this.

1:15 -2:15 p.m. Engage Your Community.  Panel discussion and sharing.  

2:30 – 3:30 p.m.  360 degree financial support.  Speaker TBA.

3:30 p.m. Depart.  See you in 2027!
