Opportunity for Exhibitors

The Iowa Museum Association Conference is the largest gathering of museum industry professionals and volunteers in the state.  Businesses and Consultants who work with the museum industry are invited to participate.


2019 Schedule:

Set-up Monday morning October 7, 2019 at 8 a.m. at Iowa Central Community College, Fort Dodge (BioScience & Health Science Building).  
Tear down Noon Tuesday October 8, 2019.  
If you need electricity please bring power strips and electrical cords.
Walls are not available, please bring any structure you need to hang signs.
Exhibitors are welcome to register for the conference Monday luncheon or evening events either all inclusive or ala carte.

Exhibit space is available at the IMA Conference. IMA Business members, Consultant members, and sponsors receive a discounted rate of $95 - some Sponsors receive FREE space. Contact Director@iowamuseums.org if you are unsure of your rate.
The rate for space is $145 for all others. Contact Director@iowamuseums.org for assistance or questions.
